Youtube, Rosalie Gascoigne, Tracey Moffat


Stairs are an important part of our society where they allow us to elevate our position from one platform to another. The human mind is extremely creative where an example of this is the video embedded where sets of stairs provide an ideal playground for skateboarders and their unusual use of stairs.

TRACEY MOFFAT - Something More (series)

This Artwork by Tracey Moffat is title ‘Something More’ and is one of a series of photo’s based on Australian identity. The series of photos were shot on and with movie set like productions. The basis of the series was that of addressing the importance of language, labeling and clothing in one identity and more deeply her views on her aboriginality and femininity.



ROSALIE GASCOIGNE - Hollyhocks 1997

Consisting of 2 panels of 75x90cm and constructed of corrugated iron strips, fixed to weatherboard by nails, Rosalie Gascoigne’s HollyHocks (1997) is a combination of discarded objects where their amalgamation produces an artwork reflecting Australian, its environment and her New-Zealand Australian heritage.
